Shipping & Delivery

This is an important one we know. And it's something we pride ourselves on.

We try to dispatch new orders on the same day/next business day after they come in. As a matter of pride for our warehouse, we make sure that your box of goodies is all packed up beautifully and headed on its way ASAP.

But from there it's, unfortunately, a little out of our control. Lead times will vary depending on where you live.

East Coast deliveries (e.g. Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane etc): Expect 2-3 business days

West Coast deliveries (e.g. Perth): Expect 5-7 business days

In-between Coasts deliveries (e.g. Adelaide & Alice Springs): Expect between 2-5 business days

Rural deliveries (e.g. Broome): Can sometimes take a little longer, but you knew that already because it's annoyed you before. We're so sorry about that!

We use all major carriers such as TNT, Aramex, Australian Post. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.

Unfortunately, once items is packed and shipped. It is out of our hands. We may be able to change courier, however there may be additional costs

If anything goes wrong with your delivery (e.g. it gets damaged, lost in our couriers' network, or stolen from your front door, etc.), then just let us know via email, or phone us. And we'll get on the case ASAP and get the product on it's way to you. We'll do all the leg work such as waiting on the phone, filling out forms to get to the bottom of any damages, delays or lost and missing boxes, so you don't have to.

But just in case, and to potentially save time, if you haven't done so already, it's always helpful to check the things below first:

Please look in any obscure possible hiding spots, as the courier may have hidden it a little too well! Please ask if a neighbour has taken it for safekeeping, this happens more often than you'd think.Please check your mailbox for any courier calling cards.

You would be surprised how often the missing parcel fits into one of these categories. But of course, if you're confident there's a problem, just let us know and we'll get cracking on the case for you right away, and keep you updated on the progress.

We definitely do. Just enter the address, like you would your home address and we'll automatically send it off!

Sometimes the Shipping Courier have their own rules about delivering to PO Boxes, so we can't always predict exactly how it will play out. 

Don't worry though, we are super proactive in monitoring all our customer deliveries, so if anything goes wrong, chances are we'll be solving it before you even realise!

Whilst we thrive to get you the best possible shipping rates. At the moment, we are offerring flat rate of $12 to most of the Riverina Region such as Albury, Wagga,
Leeton, Griffith, Junee, Narrandera, Young, Cowra, Harden, Temora and Boorowa.

As for other parts of Australia, our automated calculator at the check out would be able to provide you with our most competitive rate. Otherwise, click on the 'Request for a quote' button where our other courier company we deal with be able to provide better saving rates for you!
