Attenuzyme® Core is a cost-effective solution for attenuated beers. It allows you to achieve a high real degree of fermentation (RDF). It allows you to increase fermentable sugars (by decreasing the proportion of non-fermentable and short-chain dextrin material) or maintain them at a specific level so you can achieve your desired attenuation. Used in commercial dry beers and Brutt IPAs, alongside Whisky production.
Usage: Use 30ml in a 21-23L batch size at the start of mashing
