Artisanale Bavarian Wheat
Pale Wheat/Pilsner grist that produces superb German Wheat beers. A Belgian Wit can also be made by adding Citrus Peel, Coriander seed and substituting 3944 yeast.
Suggested Yeast: Bluestone Munich, Wyeast 3068, SAF WB06 or Danstar Munich
Bitterness: 19 IBU’s using Northern Brewer hops.
Grist make up: Joe White Pilsner 50% and JW Pale Wheat 50%

Instructions:
- Start with a clean and sanitised fermentation vessel
- Decant FWK drum into fermenter and aerate wort
- Add 3 litres of sanitary water at room temperature to bring volume to 20L if desired (individual brewer may choose to reduce water volume to alter starting gravity and ABV)
- Pitch yeast as per instructions
- Once fermentation is complete crash chill if desired then bottle/keg, carbonate and condition
