Description
Comet has a blend of both grassy "Wild" aromas, and a zesty grapefruit character. While generally used for bittering, the flavor and aroma of this hop definitely justify experimenting with late additions.
We have the freshest hops as we bring new stock in constantly, so any hops you purchase have not been sitting in our coolroom for long.
