Gladfield Toffee Malt adds Toffee / Honey like flavours with low colour impact on your final brew. This malt is very popular for adding a malty toffee flavour to lighter colour beers and also adds good beer stability, body and mouth feel.
Use Toffee Malt to add toffee and honey flavours to beers, it has low colour impact. Can be use up to a rate of 25%.
